History Intake, Individual Interview,  Support Interview, Coordination of Care, Diagnostic Assessments (ASRS, CONNERS, Co-Occuring Diagnostic Assessments and Screens), Family/Individual Oriented Education/Support Session

Gottman ADHD Couples Program 

$500 Three 90-Min session interviews + One Assessment Report Session

$250 Subsequent 90-Min follow-up sessions

Clinical Consultation/Supervision 

$200 (Or equal to your own fee rate) 45-Min Session
