I'm so glad you're here. My practice is built on creating a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based on the unceded territory of the Ohlone people (San Francisco), my approach is rooted in cultural humility and a deep respect for each person's unique experiences.
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions or facing relationship challenges. Whether you're dealing with stress, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck, I aim to offer a balance of empathy, insight, and practical tools to help you find your way forward. I take a holistic approach that blends compassion with practical, actionable solutions to support you on your journey.
I draw from a wide range of therapeutic approaches—because I believe each person is unique, and their path to healing should be too. My training includes Transactional Analysis, Jungian Expressive Arts, Cognitive-Behavioral Mindfulness, Systemic Family Therapy, Relational Therapy, and The Gottman Method. This integrative approach allows me to offer therapy that is flexible, depth-oriented, and tailored to your specific needs.
I both identify as and affirm LGBTQIA+ clients and am dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate space. Being a South East Asian queer immigrant myself, I am no stranger to the particularities of what it means to to walk between intersectional identities. I aim to honor race consciousness and lived experiences of racial inequity as well as offer spaces of belonging to immigrants. I embrace pro-liberation values and so am committed to honoring how socio-economic injustices impact individuals, couples and families on a psychological level. In addition, you can expect a dedication to your neuroaffirming care and respect for neurodiversity. I believe that good therapy both sees the individual as well as who they are in relationships and the wider collective.
Whether you're seeking personal growth, insight, relationship healing, or simply a place to feel understood, I’m here to walk with you in a compassionate, affirming, and thoughtful way.
